Assembly Operative

Nights Assembly Operative – Just Temps is currently recruiting for an experience and motivated Assembly Operative to join the team on a night shift basis. You will be working in partnership with our client based in Sudbury, Suffolk where every day makes a difference to people’s lives through innovative technology respected.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

About the role:

You’ll be assembling parts, products or components to specification. You will be testing finished products for functionality and perform quality checks to ensure high standards are met. Working hours are Sun – Wed 10pm – 6am & Thurs 10pm – 4.30am (Friday morning) with a starting salary of £16.14 per hour.

• Using hand tools to complete precise tasks
• Meeting production targets as part of a collaborative team
• Thriving in a busy, active environment

 Requirements:

• No previous experience is required—just a good attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided.
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Provide 5 years of work references – this is essential
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential
