Forklift Driver / Production Operative – Just Temps is currently recruiting for an experience Forklift Driver / Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Earls Colne, Colchester, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

You will be supporting the production operations of the business by Packing glass bottles into boxes and palletising. You will be operating the Forklift, stacking at various heights and lifting boxed up to 25kg. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9.30 – 5.30pm and starting pay rate is £13.98 per hour.

Key Duties:

• General warehouse duties and supporting warehouse team members daily
• Sending orders ready for despatch
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and attention to detail skills
• Hold a valid, accredited Counterbalance and Reach Forklift accredited licences – this is essential
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential
